Tak opet pokousim BackTrack 5 Linux, protože jsem našel nějaký ovládač, který sliboval funkčnost i na novějšim kernelu. Po kompilaci a instalaci mi nenaběhla žádna error hláška, ale karta se mi ani tak nerozblikala, da se prosím něco vyčíst z tohoto výpisu:

Tak to vyzerá nakoniec na chipset Realtek, ak máš V3 revíziu. Ale zrejme je lepšie ten stick rozobrať, aby sa hodnoverne zistilo, čo je tam skutočne za chipset.

Z výpisu je vidieť len, že ti to ešte nefunguje. Výpis iwconfig by sa tiež hodil, prípadne na BackTrack 5 by už mal byť aj nový wireless konfigurátor s názvom iw. Parametre signálu je treba vedieť a popis čo vlastne skúšaš.

ppp0 no wireless extensions.

V druhem vypisu je videt, ze ovladac je nejspis nahrany i funkcni, tak asi bude chyba v tom firmwaru. Tam ted hledam, kde se da, tak to snad nekdy rozbeham:

Keď už sem hádžeš také siahodlhé výpisy mohol by si ešte prihodiť výpis príkazu "modinfo wlan0" a tiež výpis príkazu "dmesg".

b43-phy0: Broadcom 4311 WLAN found (core revision 10)

To vyzerá ako keby sa tam pchal pre zariadenie phy0 nejaký iný ovládač aký by tam mal byť. Máš tam nejakú WLAN kartu s chipsetom Broadcom ?

Zaujímavé na tom je to, že fyzické zariadenie phy0 driver vyhodnotí ako funkčné.

Preskúmaj na čo sa to pripojilo, máš tam MAC.
